When it came out of the box it was in its original packaging and looked brand new with everything I needed. There were no setup instructions as on PS4 you have to completely change your sound settings to make it work properly and you have to update the firmware for them on your computer. Once everything was set up, they worked great. However, they tend to mute the microphone. This has only happened once so far, but it's still unacceptable for a headphone. I would definitely recommend her. They also arrived a day early which was great. They are very comfortable and have a clear sound. You can also tweak the specs to your liking in the Astro games app using the computer, which is also a plus.
