Took about 5 minutes (mine got stuck in the hose that connects to the intake manifold, I pried it off the hose with a screwdriver) - it's just above the valve cover and connects to the hose that goes to the intake manifold. (B18B1 engine) - I shook my PCV valve and still heard a small ball inside (which should indicate it's still fine. I don't know when it was last changed though, so I did replaced it anyway)
