I have to say I am disappointed with the Itouch Wearables return policy. My 2 sons received this watch from a relative for Christmas. One wouldn't turn on, but one worked fine. I contacted a company that gave tips that I was happy to try with no success. I then had to send specific photos as well as a video proving it would not turn on despite payment, print out the warranty confirmation email, then return the defective watch to the company at my own expense and then email them the tracking number send . It is best to send a new watch immediately to replace the watch that never turned on and send a return label for the defective watch. It was a Christmas present for my son from his aunt who said it was around $20-$30. I just paid $12.78 for shipping plus tracking. I also had to put together my own packaging. It took several steps to replace a broken watch, including a printer, a computer, and a trip to the post office/UPS during the pandemic. Now I've paid half the cost of the watch just to have it exchanged. I believe that Itouch creates many barriers to exchange defective goods to discourage customers from this time-consuming process. I would not recommend this company again knowing how long it takes to get a working product. As my other son's watch is working well it wouldn't be fair to give either of them a work gift.
