6 ft. Tall 225 lbs. Fit and muscular. My waist is a 38 and these are at least 1 size too small. I like my shorts to hang, not wrap my around my butt like plastic on a Thanksgiving ham. This is America and my junk needs freedom. The spandex is just fine - its supposed to be tight, but I am not trying to showcase my thighs like Larry Bird.
