6 ft. Tall 225 lbs. Fit and muscular. My waist is a 38 and these are at least 1 size too small. I like my shorts to hang, not wrap my around my butt like plastic on a Thanksgiving ham. This is America and my junk needs freedom. The spandex is just fine - its supposed to be tight, but I am not trying to showcase my thighs like Larry Bird.

My husband loves them. We’ll order juts 1 pair to try, but going to be ordering a few mOre. True to size. Sizing not as expected. Had to exchange for 2XL!

That's all you really need to know.But for more details, the size charts in China are usually screwed, they don't really enforce any quality control (your brand name does it for you), and the material is pretty awkward feeling on the skin.

If you normally wear a 2x you may want to purchase a 3x. 1x buy 2x. etc. The 2x snugs a bit tight on my husband, should have gotten a 3x.

Shorts were pretty good, given my body size I expected it not to fit perfectly, if you're a big guy (6 foot 300lbs kinda guy) you may want to get a long short to tuck in so you won't have a plumbers crack scenario.

Good product nice to have all in one. Good choice for zippered pocket and concealed pocket. Little bit heavier material than expected

I run streets and listen to music. With these shorts I can put my iPhone in pocket and run without concern about it dropping to pavement. Also I chose the bright yellow so drivers can easily see me. And the weight and comfort of the shorts is excellent. More than I expected.

These shorts are truly impressive! The inner layer stretches to fit and support burring yoga or other excersize. Dont jave to worry about showing to much and they look great!

Pretty comfortable, the pockets are very much on the front of your legs, rather than the sides, no big deal. The spandex goes down right above the knee and main shorts about another inch higher. The extra cell phone pocket is nice. Definitely plan on going commando, unless you normally wear a man thong, the spandex part is pretty snug, but provides support where you need it.

These are pretty great for running. I love that my phone doesn’t slide around and it’s easy to pull out if I need. The only negative I can think of is the towel holder on the back of the pants is pretty useless. It’s kinda hard to get the towel through and you could just stick it in your left or back pocket. Overall I’m pretty happy with them, would recommend

First of all, this is a very comfortable pair of athletic shorts. The inner spandex layer allows for a wide range of activities while providing support, flexibility, and coverage. I ordered a second pair of the xl as the fit is a little smaller than expected, though shouldn't be a problem for folks on the lower end of the size chart.

Nice slim fit (SIZE LARGE) for me. I’m 6’1” and weigh 190 pounds tapered with no room to share. The undergarment is comfortable and fairly snug. My only issue is the material has a polyester feel.comfortable polyester, but not the greatest material in the world (kinda thick). Overall very good.I bought a second pair.

Definitely go a size or two up. great quality just way off on the sizing. the crotch sits weird and definitely hangs it out there for all to see at the gym. but the phone pocket is nice.

Ordered 2XL and that’s how they are labeled. Bonim (green shorts) are smaller than my sons 1XL Champions (black shorts). The outside layer fit the way I expected the inside to fit. The seemed like ok quality but the size was not accurately labeled.

Comfortable shorts and holds the phone secure while you are running. Zipper in the back can hold your keys or cards. Wish the ties were facing inside and compression tights a bit shorter but not a big deal. I’m 6 feet, 200 pounds and usually wear 34-36 size pants. bought size L which fits right.
