The brackets themselves work well. They are strong, stable and easy to attach to the wall. Each joint can be adjusted to increase or decrease the movement of the articulating arms and tablet angle. They fit tablets of different sizes and hold them securely. The biggest downside is the lock, especially the key. We installed 3 of these in our office but there were problems with the locks from the start. The key got stuck in one after locking, and our other mount wouldn't open at all. After a lot of time, effort and sweat we were finally able to do this. These buttons feel like very soft metal so have already been disassembled and are becoming increasingly difficult to use after only 4 days of regular use. I'm afraid the key will snap or break off in the lock, meaning a life sentence for our poor innocent tablet. If you lock it and very rarely unlock it, these mounts are great. However, if you plan on taking your tablet out regularly (e.g. once a day like we do) I recommend finding a solution with better keys.
