Lightbulbs are packed in individual boxes which are then placed in a large unfilled box. On arrival three bulbs were broken, as it was just before the holidays and they were needed for a donated chandelier we decided to go with the remaining bulbs. Two of these lamps had faults in the threads that screw into the real cartridge and were unusable. One had a loose glass in the bulb. Of the lightbulbs that fell into the chandelier, one burned out after less than four days of use. So I cleaned the glass that was all over the box, I had to throw away five lightbulbs and one four on the first day. a few days later. Lamps that actually work look very nice but I would not buy from this company again as there is clearly a quality control issue and I definitely do not recommend them.
