. I like that the toe box is much more structured than a soft shoe but not too stiff with good flexibility. The shoes are light. Looks wise, the "red" is quite bright (more like a fluorescent orange), I wouldn't wear them anywhere other than to the gym, but I love that the "rose" is so dark that it looks black. The only real downside for me is the white soles because they get very dirty. I wear them for heavy workouts and cardio. Very stable. Not too soft, I replaced the insole with something with more arch support. I don't run or do plyometrics in it, a cleft tibia would bother me.
