I should have replaced my old cutting board a long time ago.
I bought this chopping board to replace a very old pull-out chopping board that was above the cutlery drawer. The new one fits perfectly. I liked the option of purchasing a bamboo cutting board as I know it is a hard and durable wood. I have already oiled one side with FOOD GRADE mineral oil. I put it on a towel on my counter at night. Oil well absorbed.
