I received this set in good condition, as for the packaging everything is included and as described. The included tweezers are functional but made of plastic and can only be used on easily accessible areas of the piercing such as the earlobe, nostril or belly button. The needles provided have been individually wrapped and sealed and marked as sterilized. The included body jewelry has multiple styles to choose from. Standard lip studs, eyebrow, nipple or septum horseshoes, nose studs, belly and tongue rings. Balls and spikes on metal jewelry are plastic and are fairly cheap and can break or twist the wrong way and fall out. Either way, it's quite uncomfortable, but it can affect a fresh piercing. Straight poles are made entirely of plastic. All in all a comfortable kit, good for the price, looked as advertised and contained a lot of products. It also arrived on time (earlier than expected) and was available for Prime.
