Disappointing amino acid supplement for athletes
Based on our own experience with this product we cannot recommend it. While it claims to boost nitric oxide production, we saw no improvement in our workouts or recovery. The packaging is also misleading, claiming to contain 1000mg of L-arginine per tablet, but the serving size is actually two tablets... On the plus side, the tablets are easy to swallow. Overall, there are better options in the Health and Household category for athletes looking to supplement their amino acid intake..
