Review on Beamery by Mark Patterson

The best way I have found so far in my career for companies looking at how people are performing within an organization or department/team etc! So easy when you get used it - no more searching through spreadsheets manually trying find out where someone fits into your team structure / hierarchy!! Very user friendly system which makes finding this information very quick & simple! If there was anything that could be improved upon then maybe having some sorta 'tool' like excel would come handy but not much as its pretty intuitive once u use beamerylink software!! Great product with great customer service from support teams too. Nothing really comes up against me using beamerrylink- just make sure all departments involved know what each other does before implementing such systems otherwise confusion can arise quickly if one person isn't aware who else works under them e tc.
