Sturdy cutter - my new review
Good quality stainless steel. I used the 2” cutter to make scones with an inch thick dough. Cut through well, but maybe wish it was a wee bit more sharp.The biggest negative (thus knocking off a star) was getting the ring off that holds all the cutters together. I almost returned the item, lol, before I finally figured out how to unlock it.NOTE TO MANUFACTURER: it really is NOT necessary to have a locked metal ring on these cutters. They all nestle together perfectly anyway, so what is the point?
