Needs to have one size bigger. I like big biscuits for breakfast sandwiches. I made a bigger one out of a progresso soup can. I use them for cookie cutters also

First, you have to reread the instructions on how to get the ring holding the cutters together off. Then, mind your fingers, because both sides of the cutters are sharp as knives. Why didn't the manufacturer make the tops safer?

This is really a great set of cutters - small cookies, medium cookies, larger cookies, medium biscuits, large biscuits. They're sharp, be careful, but they do the job well. I had trouble at first getting the ring open. I had to get my stronger glasses but there definitely is a place on the smooth side opposite the screws that will come apart. They seem to be a really nice set with the exception of the smallest one arriving with a part of the handle having fell off. I rated it lower for that reason. Now I'm worried about the other handles in the long term.

The first time I used them, I dipped them in flour before cutting for easy removal of biscuit dough. And indeed it worked. But It still cut smoothly with easy removal even when I didn’t use flour this last time. Highly recommend!

These were purchased to make individual cutout cakes for a bridal shower. Cut beautifully and cleaned well. Also used to make sugar cookie cutouts and the same can be said.
