Review on 🚿 Allied Brass P1000-2TB/22-GAL-PC Gallery Double Towel Bar Glass Shelf, 22 Inch, Polished Chrome by Duke Ballard

Please note I bought this item over the weekend when it was on sale for $57. It is now for sale from another seller for $169. I would give 2 stars, maybe only 1, for a higher price. I felt that the price somewhat justified the shortcomings. The lamp is attractive and was delivered almost fully assembled. I had to screw in the connector for the heated towel rail. I'm not sure if it was supposed to come fully assembled because I couldn't fit the towel rail into the holders that screw onto the threaded rod that goes through the spacers from the bottom shelf. 1/4 inch towel rail with a hacksaw to make it fit. After that it's stuck. Stricter quality control may be required. The product came with no instructions or mounting template. I'm not sure if it was my experience with such hanging devices (limited), the way the mounting hardware is designed (allows for latitude), or just plain luck (my guess), but I was able to hang the shelves with included hardware perfectly leveled from the first attempts. The block can be a bit crooked - I had to insert a small rubber bumper between the wall and the support/butt on the bottom shelf. It could also be the walls of my 40 year old house. I'm happy with the looks and have been able to fix issues, but be careful if you don't want to mess around.
