Brief description: - Used padlock was sent - Locking mechanism is annoying, requires absurd effort Long summary: I was sent an apparently used padlock which was probably returned by a previous customer. There were small scratches and scuffs on the lock, and THE velcro belt is even missing! How the heck am I supposed to tie the cable to the U-lock WITHOUT the velcro CLEARLY SHOWN IN ALL THE PICTURES? Also, the attachment mechanism is stupidly difficult to use. The lock screws easily into the mount, but takes an absurd amount of effort to remove. The orange release button seemed useless when I held it down and tried to disengage the latch from the mount but to no avail. Again, this could be because they sent me a used lock and not a new one.
