I like that we get to set goals for our clients, then they are able create their own personalised plan from there (which is great!).

Single step provides an excellent platform which allows us as therapists/counsellors access into peoples lives in order achieve this!! Our client base has increased by 25% since implementing SS over just 1 year period - so it's working well too. The only downside would have been if you could not upload your files with out having them printed off prior or printing yourself up after entering data etc but once done all good now! Go For It!! We're seeing better results than before using ss & also increasing referrals through word of mouth recommendations.
