Review on 🚲 Panaracer Self-Sealing Bicycle Tubes: Presta Valve, Various Sizes, 33-60 mm, Single/Two Pack by Vincent Poolaw

At first I thought I wouldn't bother with the weight loss and buy a self-sealing hose, but the sealant is either too thick for the bottom of the valve core or too old. It clogs the port so much that I can't deflate to adjust tire pressure. So this product just doesn't allow realistic mountain bike use. At 430g, that's a full pound too. Regular midweight whistles range in weight from 172g to 269g, note I'm comparing to similarly priced Maxxis Welterweight and Goodyear whistles. That would be a good pipe. One caveat: in my case, when I decided not to use this hose, I had to cover the valve with a towel while I removed the valve core to bleed the air out. The seal comes out fast and strong. Potential eye and skin hazard. Just heed this warning if you choose to and cannot void normally.
