Edit - 20 days and the speaker is stuck. It only turns on when connected to USB, but even then it doesn't respond at all. The only way to reboot the device is to flash the firmware using Poly Lens. It was decided to exchange for another unit that is currently functioning normally. Let's see how long this one lasts. First review: I bought this as an upgrade to a Jabra 510 that I use in my office. I was most interested in full duplex audio. Works great as a speakerphone. Teams integration is fine and the rocket button works for pausing/playing WinAmp. The beeps that the device emits when adjusting the volume and muting/unmuting are loud and the volume cannot be adjusted, although they can be turned off using the Poly software. The sound quality when listening to music is ok, but I wouldn't call it a feature. The same applies to the power bank's capabilities. It works, but the battery is small. The only real annoyance, especially compared to the Jabra 510, is the inability to disable Bluetooth. The only way to temporarily disable the phone is to unpair it.
