Sorry, the item does not match the description. First of all, don't rely on the size grid. I bought my medium sized dog because he is 22 inches from neck to tail and 18 inches across the chest. I didn't mind if the cape was short, I just wanted the bib to be the right size. I would recommend going a size smaller than advertised, I should have bought the small. The bib was missing the bottom ties so I couldn't properly attach it to the dog. Because of this, it kept rolling in his face. The photo also shows a belt, the suit I received didn't have one. All in all, this is a cute costume and he would be super cute in it!
