Review on Nikon 35mm f/1.8G Auto Focus Lens for Nikon DSLR Cameras - Black (Model 2183) by Aashiva Pal ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

A normal product, but they wanted more for the money.

When buying, I rejected 2 out of 3, they tried to sell the front-back focus. The focus really did not please, even the one chosen from 3 lenses still does not work quite correctly. Bokeh is not beautiful, more like some kind of chaotic distortion of space. In general, it was, of course, worth its money, but only up to a rise in price. Now its price is completely unjustified, about 10,000. I do not recommend buying a lens for those who have money for its more expensive versions. Now I wouldn't buy it. I will most likely sell.

Pros
  • Of the pluses, only aperture and its size. This is where his merits end.
Cons
  • Low budget for everything. The focus ring, as already mentioned, does not have a smooth ride, refuses to focus on small objects (as if they were not there), for example, a branch in the foreground, only manual focus and nothing more. Even at ISO 100 there is some noise. Of course chrome oberatsiya very strong. He does not like backlight even with a hood. Bokeh someone saw - it's gone!
