The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that after a few months it started leaking water into the floor pan. I've read that it's probably the coil reacting to humidity, but it's not very humid here and I've only just started so I'm not happy with it, especially since I have it in my office. I also wish it had a coin slot or a way to lock the handle as it seems odd that you can open it so easily but still have to push a button to get the lemonade easily. I know this is meant to make refilling easier, but it seems like an odd design choice.
