Exactly as shown. Good quality and suitable for Harley Quinn. This strap is too small for me and I can't use it, but that's not the sellers fault. I'm 140lbs and 5ft 5in and I'm really not used to checking things like that before ordering and I had to look back to see the measurements. This is a really small belt made for smaller people or kids but it's really good quality hence 5 stars. Just read the measurements before you buy it. They have it on their site and let me tell you that they mean it because it's small.
