For my usage there are a few things I like about a pillow and a few things I don't like. I use it in my golf cart which has very poor suspension performance. From the point of view of the pillow, everything is fine. A little worried about the durability of the support pillow. I weigh 220 pounds. I like that it's a bit thinner as I'm short so I can get in and sit on the cart easier. I like that it uses a cloth material instead of plastic so it doesn't heat up in the sun like plastic. Since I use it for golfing, I turn it on for about 50 times/day; 3 days/week. Therefore, he goes through many cycles and sitting times (about 3 hours per day). That's about half the price of a previous pillow I've bought. So if it lasts half as long, it's probably worth it.
