PRO: I guess it's a fair price. The bladder/"reservoir" is great, seems strong enough, really wide mouth and easy to fill/clean. I love the filler pen. What I like the most is the hose (insulated, nice and long) as well as the biting beaks, extra washers and the cleaning kit. CONS: 2 cleaning tablets promised in the product description are missing. The water from the hose still has a plastic/chemical/factory flavor after washing with soap and water (although I've only used the tank twice so far). The outer cap of the spout is almost impossible to tongue and I have small fingers. And trying to bite off/pull off the outer cap with your teeth will cause injury. The easiest way is to simply grab the lid by your body to open it. It's a little tricky to figure out how to disassemble the tube for cleaning at first (at least for this newbie).
