Review on Red Xikar Executive II Lighter: Enhance Your Smoking Experience by James Kapihe

I bought a XiKar Executive II lighter not from Revain a few years ago and they work fine for about 2 years and then the electric ignition fails and the lighter needs to be replaced XiKar Lifetime Warranty . It's ok, you pay the postage/shipping for the return - they will send replacements for free. The Executive II replacement isn't available this year - it's been discontinued along with the XiKar website. Quality Importers Trading Company, LLC is now handling all replacement shipments. They eventually replaced my Executive II lighter but after 3 months of waiting with numerous emails and lighter alternatives they provided with another type of XiKar lighter only to find that they were no longer in stock were or were no longer manufactured. I told them the XiKar Executive II lighter is still available from Revain, but quality importers will not replace it with them. my tirade.
