This review is out of date - almost a year since I bought these socks and they have been in my daily rotation for almost a full year. The heel wear is amazing. When I get home from work, I take off my shoes and walk on the floor all night until bedtime. Never rubbed the heels or soles of a pair so they're well done. I think they tried to make them tight but they didn't hit the mark. I am 12ft and they are D wide so pretty normal sized feet. Nothing crazy or trolling. These socks are very difficult to put on. I actually stopped using them and threw them all away because I injured my upper back and neck one morning. I went to get them on and pulled the muscle pulling them down my legs and that was the final straw. I started them. I gave it 3 stars because they are actually comfortable, durable and look good but are too tight to put on and take off comfortably day in and day out. More expensive, higher-quality socks have all of these qualities, plus easy on and off thanks to superior materials. Made in China.
