Installed two lamps in our new cooker hood and they are still working after 6 months. I've read negative reviews about lightbulbs blowing out shortly after installation. The secret, in my opinion, is NOT to touch the bulbs with your hands when installing them. Oil from your skin can cause problems. Would I buy again (if I ever use them). *********UPDATE******** Just replaced one after 18 months so if you get the same product as me then you're in luck. We use our range hood as a night light, so it's usually on.
