First, vent adapters don't hold the charger or your phone in a safe place. My phone and mount keep falling off while driving. The suction cup is terrible, it needs a perfectly flat surface with no texture, which is almost impossible in modern cars. The build quality is very poor, everything is made of plastic and I've already broken off a piece. I would never recommend this product. The company agreed with me regarding my previous review and said that if I delete my review they would refund my money. Since I wasn't happy with the product, I went against my common sense. I compromised the integrity of my review with a refund for a terrible product. When I agreed there, the company said they would send me a refund to my PayPal account. After the review was deleted, the company never sent a refund. So I added this part to my original review and now you all know why terrible products like this get good reviews.
