Review on ItsStarred by Kevin Lawson

I made a buy on ItsStarred not too long ago, and I have a very poor opinion of the website now. It took me much longer than it should have to locate what I needed on the website because of how complicated it was. After searching for a while, I decided to purchase something I was interested in. When I finally got my hands on the item, however, my excitement rapidly morphed into disappointment. It was obviously not examined thoroughly before shipping, and the quality was significantly lower than I had anticipated. I got the sense that quality control was not a top priority for ItsStarred due to the obvious flaws in the fabric and the stitching. Unfortunately, I was met with unhelpful and unresponsive representatives when I tried to call customer service to address my concerns. It took me several tries before I received a reply, and when I did, I was unsatisfied with the answer. If you're searching for high-quality apparel, footwear, or accessories, I wouldn't suggest ItsStarred. Customer service is unhelpful, the website is confusing, and the quality of the goods is poor. Don't bother with trying to find your fashion requirements here.
