I bought this to clean the new Alcantara upholstery I put on my 2000 Celica. The brush is strong, the bristle tips are a bit sharp but not scratchy, the bristles seem to grip the wooden handle well, the grip is comfortable and the brush is just the right size for the treatment at hand. The bristles seem to have enough resilience and flexibility to penetrate the crevices and lift the Alcantara fibers without damaging them. The fabric was a little frayed but it's a brand new material so I don't think it's the brush. All pluses are removed, take a good look at your brush and cut off the protruding high bristles. With those that are cut, there's a much nicer brush over fibrous fabrics like Alcantara and suede. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone without hesitation.
