UPDATE: Just updated to 5 star rating based solely on OSIR customer service. They worked tirelessly to resolve my previous issues with their product. Admittedly, out of frustration, I just ignored their first attempts, but I have to say they held up tenaciously, hence the rating change. At this point I'm ready to test their product again knowing they will support it one way or another. ========================================== Bought these cartridges for my Canon TS8320 im July just to have them on hand. Like most things in my business, I like to have backups or spares to avoid downtime. Well it is now October and one of my original cartridges had to be replaced. I put in an Osir cartridge and my printer doesn't recognize it no matter what 'tricks' I try. Of course, the 30-day return window is long gone, so I'm now stuck with cartridges I can't use. With all the exemplary reviews I didn't think there would be a problem. Also, my printer is included in the list of compatible printers. Of course I will not order any more Osir cartridges.
