Much better than expensive ab boards
I bought two ab boards for my TT. I am 7 weeks post op. I bought a gray M&D board and another beige M&D board. They were very bulky and when I sat down they bent and bulged. I'm 5'3" so a 13+" torso board was too long. This board was perfect! It stayed in place, didn't buckle, and was a lot cheaper than other boards. Unlike other boards that are convex and curved, this is perfect for smaller women.
