Fix slow download speeds on Macs with Realtek driver.

Although the product page states that no driver is required, my download speed on Google Fiber Gigabit (on a 2019 Macbook Air) was &lt;100Mbps until I installed the driver from Realtek (adapter manufacturer ) installed - now download/upload speeds are typically &gt; 600 Mbps. I would have preferred not to install the driver for the ethernet adapter and was hoping (given the claim on the product page) that it would just work, but once installed the adapter is fine.
