The pillow takes some getting used to (it is very different from conventional pillows). Good: I sleep better! I didn't need sleeping pills. My neck pain is gone too! I couldn't believe it. Before using the pillow every day, I would wake up with a very stiff neck. No longer. Not very good: I find it makes my head hot. I like to sleep on a cold pillow. I would appreciate if a cooling gel could be added. The pillow also moves easily across my bed. I had to adjust my pillow several times during the night. Perhaps it's because of its small size and light weight(?) overall that the pillow gave me a better night's sleep and got rid of my neck pain. That's reason enough for me to keep using it. I would only prefer it to allow for better airflow. Thank you for making a great product and great personal customer service. I love supporting the family business and Gina does everything to keep the customers happy. UPDATE (October 25, 2018): This pillow is far superior to any other pillow I've had. Contrary to its intended purpose, I mainly use it to sleep on my back. Small ear holes come in handy because I sleep with earplugs and tilt my head either to the left or to the right. Ear plugs have always given me pain in my ears, but now with these holes there is no more discomfort. The pillow and cover are incredibly soft. I just love it. Please don't ever stop doing this!
