Review on 👕 T-Shirt Ruler Guide: Ultimate Alignment Tool by Kristen Reid

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Didn't know how much time I could save until I got this

I'm an aspiring crafter who has used my Cricut, HTV and heat press to make custom t-shirts for family and friends. A few years ago I collected over 125 shirts for a family reunion. It felt like it had taken me forever. Finding the right spot for the reunion logo on each t-shirt was a time-consuming task. I had rulers to use but they didn't show up. When I saw the t-shirt line, I was intrigued. The biggest benefit I see is that with a t-shirt ruler I can clearly identify the center of the shirt and see the collar, seams, etc. under the ruler. This also allows me to clearly see if the position is correct after placing the HTV pattern on the shirt. The marks are clearly visible through the acrylic even when I place the ruler on the black cloth. Of course I'll be using the size chart and grades, although I can imagine someone finding a use for both items. Acrylic is 1/16 inch thick, definitely thick enough to hold its shape during use. I'm attaching a few photos so you can see how the ruler sits on an XL t-shirt (black t-shirt and maroon t-shirt) and a medium t-shirt (purple t-shirt). to use this tool when I make custom t-shirts in the future.
