Cons: Sizes I'm 9 m on most non-sports shoes. 9.5 at Nike, adidas etc. I found at Eccos that I use 42 or 8-8.5 on their sizing scale. I am on my feet all day at work and on a typical day I walk about 4 km inside a building. I regularly wear sneakers from Nike and Adidas. I started using the ecco for work and have noticed a big difference in comfort, they are very comfortable on the feet like a cadillac. Buy them if you're going to be up all day. I would not recommend where a non slip sole is needed. In addition, they are made of leather, which retains less dirt. They can simply be wiped off with a cloth. They aren't shiny. Leaning more towards matte black.
