Great value and cooks like a breeze. I was looking for large volume kitchen appliances and settled on this 10 qt. pressure cooker. Not only perfect for soups and stews, but I've tried pepper steak with veggies and all. I've also tried stews with starchy protein and veggies. I believe that you can't go wrong, unlike a grill or a griddle, even an oven. With this pressure cooker, anything you cook won't overcook, it just oozes in flavor and retains the perfect texture and flavor. There is always a warm delicious dinner for everyone and I just add the ingredients. No need to fry onions or do multiple steps, this is a ONE STEP MACHINE that does all the work inside. And it doesn't get too hot outside like the problem with handles and hot pots on the stove. Time is short, I choose a pressure cooker and it has never disappointed me.
