The fitting was different from the old universal one. There is a blind screw hole on the top, which can be used to fix on the tank. I can try to install it again on the front of the compressor. I had to adjust the relief valve so that the lever that actuates it doesn't push on the valve needle. (Eventually causing the tank to turn back on due to a leak.) The relief valve is a compression fitting, not a quick coupler. So if you need extra 1/8" compression fittings, you can pick them up at Home Depot for a few bucks. .
