The only drawback in my opinion is that the ends of the armhole are very hard and the side pockets are a bit annoying. But to be honest, I'm not sure that could be fixed without sacrificing the nice wide opening that is one of the bag's main advantages. Combined with a hidden back pocket for a phone and a slim wallet and a slightly more elegant no-backpack style, this bag is incredibly attractive and practical. I love it and highly recommend it. If Revain allowed fractional stars, it would be at least 4.5, but closer to 4.7.
