Review on Unstuffed Moroccan Leather Poufs: Exquisite Tan Ottomans for Luxurious Footstools by Cathy Magel

Love! Love! Love! best in puffs

A happy customer here. I ordered two Moroccan poufs in brown leather with beige stitching. They are exactly what you see in the pictures. The craftsmanship is amazing. They had an odor when first opening the package that wasn't very strong or terrible. It was enough that I wanted them to air out before stuffing. So I put them in the garage for two days. They smell slightly leathery now, but only when I hold my nose to them. They have a few subtle flaws, but not enough to deduct a star. They are also handmade, which I think gives them character. As another reviewer noted, the underside of one of them has some discoloration, but that doesn't bother me as it won't be visible anyway. And I think it's a smart way to deal with not-so-perfect skin. I used 10 pounds for the filling. Polyphile in everyone. I bought 20 pounds. Box (also on Revain) which contained two 10lb. Pockets, making it easy to use equal amounts between two stools. A picture shows how much 10 pounds. looks like. And don't believe it, everything was just right - down to the smallest detail! It required some serious fillings and I even worked up a little sweat. LAUGH OUT LOUD. I gathered old towels, sheets, and flimsy comforters to add weight, but that wasn't necessary as the compacted fiberfill worked great. The stools are filled and just the right weight to make them strong and stable, yet light enough to be easily moved. I'm very happy with how they turned out. Not only do they add style and fun to my living room, but they are also practical and functional. We use them to support our legs while watching a movie and lean on them while sitting on the floor. Love! Love! Love!
