Easy to use by non-technical users for simple tasks like adding new information into the system or editing current records in factgem with minimal steps. The ease of using this product has helped us reduce manual errors that would have been otherwise introduced as we work from our own office space at home and outside without having access to an IT department. There are several features such as email notification which could be improved if more customization was allowed (like being able to include multiple emails). I recommend any user who needs easy way of entering data into their database should consider purchasing factgem since it helps avoid mistakes made during time consuming processes. We needed something that could help us save time so we can focus on our core business. With fact gem, we did not only manage all customer data but also ensured everything was entered correctly before sending out official communications.
