Decent sound for the price. I bought these looking for a cheap speaker kit for my spare desk and that's what I got. Not scary, but nothing special either. The only absolute minus for me personally is that the line between the speakers is very short, even after disconnecting them. I like having a speaker on each side of my keyboard and it barely keeps up, putting the volume knob in a really weird spot. If you're buying them for external devices for your tablet or phone, they're a good economical choice.
