Decent sound for the price. I bought these looking for a cheap speaker kit for my spare desk and that's what I got. Not scary, but nothing special either. The only absolute minus for me personally is that the line between the speakers is very short, even after disconnecting them. I like having a speaker on each side of my keyboard and it barely keeps up, putting the volume knob in a really weird spot. Good speakers for the price. I use my Logitech speakers for my desktop computer and I use these cheap speakers for my Dreamcast and the console games I play on my monitor. These sound pretty good. There are better $30 options out there, like the Creative Pebble v2, that sound a little better than these, but paying half the $15 price tag gives you a better deal in my opinion.
