Before buying these powerful little speakers I used cheap $12 speakers. Now I use cheap $19 speakers that sound more like $100 speakers. Of course, I really expected buyers to repent. I was expecting to write a review regretting my purchase and saying something along the lines of the old adage "you get what you pay for" but these speakers sound great. When you're recording a piano, you really need to capture the highs, mids, and lows of the instrument. These speakers reproduce high, medium and low frequencies in a very high quality. I still can't believe these speakers sound so good. I spent nearly $150 on another pair of high-end speakers. I'm so glad I tried them first.
