I like how easy it was to set up campaigns for our business as well as manage them from my phone or computer at any time! We are able to track all aspects within one dashboard so we can stay organized with everything going through this system instead of having multiple spreadsheets etc..

The customer service has been great also!! Nothing really but if you have questions just ask someone who's there everyday :) Emailing contacts directly via their contact info rather than sending out mass emails would be nice though they do offer templates which helps keep things simple when creating new messages/emails.
