I liked that the system was easy to use, and it allowed me to keep track of all my employees' information. The system also helped us save time by not having to go through the process of submitting each employee's information one at a time. I disliked that sometimes the system would freeze or glitch out, which made it difficult for me to access info about an applicant. This was very frustrating because this was happening in the middle of work. I had to stop what I was doing and go into another window to fix it, which took away from my productivity. Also, I wish there were more features available. Maybe if there were more features we could have used them more frequently. We are solving the problem of keeping track of our applicants' information. It has saved us countless hours of time.
