Review on 🖥️ Newport V Console in Black by Convenience Concepts by Janet Aranjo

I only gave this item one star in each category because my actual no-star rating is not registered. In recent years I have collected several pieces of furniture. Although I learned from the reviews that the console is difficult to assemble, I was confident that I would cope with the task. I spent several hours assembling this item. The printed instructions are clear, but a few issues with the console components and included hardware prevented me from completing the build. In fact, I was never able to attach all four legs or get past the first few steps of the instructions. At some point during operation, one of the legs fell off or the unfinished console fell over. When I found that I couldn't assemble the console, I took it to a relative who has excellent skills and asked him to assemble it for me. My relative works as a repair manager in a medical facility. He has a reputation for being able to assemble/install/repair anything. His workshop has a complete set of tools. But after working on the console for almost two hours, he said it was impossible to assemble and that it had to be returned to the company. Now the console is lying disassembled in the trunk of my car trying to decide if it's worth the hassle of repackaging to return it or just throwing it away. I shouldn't return it if I have to spend more money on repackaging and shipping. I'm deeply disappointed because I really wanted a console and was glad it would fill a specific place in my house. I am also frustrated because the seller needs to know that many (if not most) buyers have great difficulty assembling this item. However, the console's announcement doesn't specify that assembly is required. I only found out about this by reading reviews from other customers. Due to the complexity of returning a console I'll probably drop it. I will no longer have any money I paid to purchase the item. If so, I will never buy this product or anything else from this company. I strongly advise other potential customers to completely avoid this product and this company in general.
