Great product and great customer support. Our only regret is that we didn't buy it many years ago. We've had it for over a year now and it works great. We highly recommend a combination faucet and reverse osmosis faucet rather than a separate reverse osmosis only faucet (with a combination faucet there is no need to cut another hole in the countertop). This seems to be a common problem as installers don't like reading and following instructions (which will really help with this product). The next day, they sent another plumber who completely disassembled the system and then left, only to say that "no reverse osmosis water filters were installed." In earnest. They never had the guts to charge us, but they completely messed up our reverse osmosis system. Matthew and Will from The Perfect Water completely saved the day. I sent the system back to them for inspection and assembly. They tested it, reassembled it, and sent it back to us without charging us a penny. They even sent us back the missing part that the plumber lost for free. They were absolutely amazing. The second time I just installed it myself. I'd already spent some time studying the instructions after our plumbing fiasco and they didn't look bad. In fact, it was really easy since the product basically comes ready to use. I paid a handyman to install our combination faucet and reverse osmosis faucet, but the reverse osmosis system was easy if you were patient, reasonably skilled and could follow the instructions. Otherwise, have a competent handyman read the instructions to a plumber (who probably won't). A week after we installed this, a main pipe in our city water supply broke and we had to boil water for several days. We didn't do anything with the UV purifier in this system, we just kept drinking great-tasting purified water. Highly recommended.
