Actually 50% polyester and 50% cotton (as stated on the shirt). .I think it should be a bit thicker material but it's ok anyway. And since the price is only $15, it helps. Probably best to wear in summer. But at the same time, it can be worn with an extra sweater or something else on a cold night. It fits me, I ordered a large and it came like a large. The fit makes me look good. I am very happy with the size and how it hangs on my body. Looks "cool" and casual and compliments my pants. The material appears to be of good quality and is unlikely to shrink as it is 50% polyester.
